Our Mixologist

Meredith is a Native Californian, working behind the bar in Los Angeles for over 18 years. She began her career at a boutique hotel in Santa Monica after graduating from UCLA. During this time, Meredith really discovered her passion for the industry and dove head first into the cocktail culture, landing a job at Bestia in downtown. Here, Meredith fine tuned her skills behind the bar, working alongside some of the city's best, to create unbelievably delicious cocktails....that sometimes go down a little too easy. After Bestia, she went on to lead the cocktail program at the iconic Michael's Restaurant in Santa Monica, Violet Bistro in Westwood and most recently, she helmed the bar program at Dear Jane's in Marina del Rey. She also spent many years working at R6 Distillery in El Segundo where she was involved in running the Tasting Room, production, product development and events while picking a tip or two from the Master Distiller and leading tours. Meredith specializes in creating large batch style cocktails and cocktails that require special technique: smoking, fat washing, sous vide, clarification and coloring changing cocktails. When she isn't making cocktail dreams come true, Meredith enjoys practicing her golf swing, hanging out at the beach and visiting local breweries and food trucks. 

When asked what cocktail or spirit she enjoys, one word: Mezcal. Meredith currently works as a bartender, event planner and cocktail consultant in Los Angeles, CA.
